Admins do not have the capability to update users account information such as their name. Users are required to log in to their own accounts in order to make any necessary updates or changes to their account details.
⚠️ Currently, editing user's email addresses isn't an available feature. We encourage you to upvote on the request here if you would like to see this option implemented in Teamly. In the meantime, you can contact our customer experience team to request an account deletion and then re-invite the user with the updated email.Was this article helpful?
