Manage Users Screen Capture Settings

If you want to give your users the option to turn screen captures on or off while tracking time, Teamly makes it simple.

By default, screen capture is turned on, and users are unable to turn it off them.

Owners and admins can access this setting by clicking on the ellipsis menu next to the workspace name and selecting "Workspace settings."

 
Click on "Workspace Users."

To allow users to toggle screen capture tracking on or off, locate the "Allow disable screen capture" toggle on the right side of the user.

Use the toggle to activate the option to turn off screen capture for the specified user.

The user will now be able to turn off screen capture by unchecking the "Take screenshots while tracking" checkbox. If they wish to resume capturing screenshots, they can simply click the checkbox to turn it on.
