Add Transcription to Videos

Ensuring your video content is accessible to all viewers has never been more crucial. Transcriptions not only help all viewers better understand your content but also enhance overall comprehension, improving the user experience. With Teamly, adding transcription to your videos is incredibly easy, ensuring your content is inclusive and reaches a broader audience.

Record a new video or go to the “Files” tab to select an existing recording.

Click on "Screen Captures."

Click on “Videos.”

Hover over the video and select "Edit."

The “Video edit” modal will open, allowing you to navigate to the “Transcriptions” tab.

Click on "Generate transcription."

The transcribing process will take a few seconds.

The completed transcription will appear on the right side.

To edit, hover over the transcribed line and click the pencil icon.

Click the check icon to save the changes made to the transcribed line.

When you finish editing the transcription, make sure to click “Save” to preserve your changes.
