Add Files to Tasks

Attaching files to your tasks in Teamly is a simple and effective way to provide additional context and resources for your team. Whether you're uploading documents from your computer, linking project files, or inserting files by URL, Teamly's intuitive interface makes it easy to enhance your task with the necessary files. This ensures that all relevant information is readily accessible, streamlining collaboration and improving task management within your team.

In the left side panel, locate and click on the "Workflows" tab.



Open an existing task or create a new one, then click on the "Add files" pin icon.



You will be presented with three options, the first being "Upload File" from your computer.



Alternatively, you can add "Project Files" from the Files tab in Teamly.



Last, you can inert a file "By URL."



After selecting the file, click on "Insert selected file."



The selected file(s) will be displayed below the task description.
