Screen Capture Share Page

The Teamly Capture share page simplifies the way users engage with your content, offering features like commenting and downloading. This process has been streamlined to ensure a smooth, intuitive experience, customized to the settings you've chosen. Whether you're sharing project updates, training materials, or creative content, the share page makes it easy for your audience to interact with and understand your message. These enhanced functionalities are designed to provide clarity and convenience, helping you deliver the best content.

When viewing a Teamly Capture share page, several key elements are displayed, starting from the top right, extending to the bottom.

At the top right, is where you can locate the "views" count.

Next to the views count, the "Download" option will be displayed if its turned on.

On the far right, is the option to copy a link to the file.

Just below the file on the right side, is the "Comment" option.

Clicking the "Comment" option opens a modal where users can enter their comments.

When users are ready to post their comments, they can click "Add comment."

Comments will be displayed in the table below the file. The table will show the total number of comments, along with the name, profile image, comment, and posting time of each commenter. Additionally, the file owner will receive an email notification for each new comment.
