Screen Capture Share Page Comments

Teamly's share page enhances user engagement by enabling seamless commenting on shared content. This feature allows viewers to provide real-time feedback, ask questions, and collaborate efficiently—all within a streamlined interface tailored to your chosen settings. Whether sharing project updates, training materials, or creative work, the commenting functionality fosters clear communication and deeper interaction, ensuring your audience stays connected and engaged.

When viewing a Teamly Capture share page, users can engage by leaving comments, enabling feedback and discussion. Just below the file on the right side, is the "Comment" option.

Clicking the "Comment" option opens a modal where users can enter their comments.

⚠️ The comment feature can be configured to only logged in users or anyone with link.

When users are ready to post their comments, they can click "Add comment."

Comments will be displayed in the table below the file. The table will show the total number of comments, along with the name, profile image, comment, and posting time of each commenter. The file owner will receive an email notification for each new comment.
