Sometimes you may need to start a direct message (DM) with a group of people. It’s easy to add these new users and bring them into the discussion.
Click on "Direct messages" in the left side panel.
Then click on "New Chat."
Select the users you wish to start the group chat with.
Click on "Start chat."
The group chat can be accessed via the bottom left side panel.
- Click on "Direct messages" in the left side panel.
- Click on "New Chat" and choose the users you wish to start the group chat with.
- Click on "Start chat."
- Within a project click on "Direct messages."
- Click on "New Chat" and choose the users you wish to start the group chat with.
- Click on "Start chat."
Click on the "Group chat" dropdown menu to reveal the chat participants, hide the chat and create a private department (coming soon).
