It doesn’t take long for most messages to lose relevance or impact. In fast-paced environments, whether it’s customer support, marketing, or sales, messages can quickly become outdated as new information emerges. That’s why Teamly offers a simple way to remove those messages, ensuring your workspace stays clutter-free and focused on what truly matters.
Owners or admins can access the "Workspace settings" by clicking on the ellipsis located on the right-hand side of the workspace name in the top navigation.
⚠️ Users who do not have owner or admin privileges will be prompted to reach out to their admin team or clear out messages once they're close to reaching their messaging limit.
Click on "Manage messages."
All messages will be displayed in this view.
Select the individual messages you want to delete, or click on "Select all."
At the top right side click on "Delete selected." Replies to the message will also be deleted.
A popup will be shown to confirm the action.
You can also delete individual messages by hovering over them and selecting the trash icon on the right side.
Use the "Filter" dropdown at the top right side to narrow down messages by projects, departments, users and dates.
⚠️ Messages from deleted and deactivated users will be displayed in this view. Deleted users will not appear in the filter list, while deactivated users will.
