You've been invited to join a workspace in Teamly! It's time to setup your account and get started.

Once you're invited to join your workspace you will receive an email invite like the one below. Click on "Join the Workspace" to get started.

⚠️ The invitation email will include a list of all projects the user has been invited to join. In the example above, the user was invited to the "Support Team" project.

After clicking "Join the Workspace," users will see the name of the workspace they’ve been invited to, along with their prefilled email address. They’ll need to enter their name and set a password, then click "Create Account." Once completed, they’ll be redirected into the workspace.

If users have an existing account navigate to the Teamly login page to access the workspace(s).

Users who are invited to join multiple workspaces with the same email address will be sent an email invite and can click on "Join the workspace." Then, they will be directed to the login page, can view who invited them and their email will be pre populated. Enter your existing password or Google credentials to login.

In the desktop or web app, users who are part of multiple workspaces can effortlessly switch between them by simply clicking on their name in the top navigation. Additionally, the workspaces can be conveniently reordered by clicking on the workspace name and dragging to arrange as needed.

In the mobile app, users who are part of multiple workspaces can easily switch between them by performing a simple right swipe to reveal the left side panel. This action will reveal a convenient dropdown menu that allows them to select the desired workspace effortlessly.
