App Connection Issue

In the rare instances that you're unable to connect to Teamly app, restart Teamly or check your internet connection. If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact our customer experience team for further assistance.



⚠️ Please note that if the app is offline, the recording and screen capture features will be disabled, and their options will appear grayed out. These will become available again once you reconnect to the internet.
