Reset App Data and Restart

Over time, apps can accumulate corrupted data, leading to crashes, glitches, or sluggish performance. Resetting app data can often resolve these issues by restoring the app to its original state—just like when you first installed it.


Right-click on the "Teamly icon" in your device menu and navigate to "Troubleshooting."


⚠️  Windows users can find the Teamly app icon in the taskbar usually located in the bottom-right corner of the screen.



Click on "Reset app data and restart." Resetting app data helps resolve issues like crashes, glitches, or slow performance by removing corrupted files. This action will log you out and erase custom settings.
